Interactivity API Mini Cart: Cross-sells Collection Block Not Rendering

The Cross-sells collection block fails to render its product list on the front-end when placed inside the new Interactivity API-powered Mini Cart block. This occurs even though the block is correctly configured in the editor to show products linked to those in the cart.

The issue is notable because the new Mini Cart and the Cross-sells collection are both built on the Interactivity API, suggesting they should be compatible. This bug prevents merchants from displaying relevant cross-sell products to customers directly in the mini-cart, potentially impacting upselling opportunities.

How to Replicate:

  1. Edit the Mini Cart pattern in the Site Editor at /wp-admin/site-editor.php?p=%2Fwp_template_part%2Fwoocommerce%2Fwoocommerce%2F%2Fmini-cart&canvas=edit.
  2. Insert the 'Cross-sells collection' block into the 'Filled Mini-Cart view' section.
  3. Ensure the block's 'Linked Product' setting is correctly set to 'From products in the cart'.
  4. Save the pattern.
  5. Visit the store front-end and add a product to the cart that has cross-sells defined.
  6. Open the mini-cart.
  7. Observe that the cross-sells list is not displayed.
